User didn't see his own item with 'Only View Own Items' permission

I added a new project group with these permissions to the used permission scheme: 1. project: View Project, Can work on item 2. items: Only View Own Items, Edit own item, Update Item Progress

I add one person to this project group, only in one project, and assign to two items. If I login with his user, I see the project but don't see any item, as well as the two which assigned to him.

I'd like to ask, which permission rule is missing? Which one I didn't added to this project group?

Please check to see if the user is part of the everyone group.

I check it but the user is part of the everyone and everyone (auth.) group. And I check the project default screen as well, and every item has got an 'everyone (auth.)' permission.

ANSWER

I find the source of the problem. At this project the item visibility default value wasn't Everyone or Everyone (Auth.). After change this and batch update the items, everything is good.
