Remove Old Database Tables

I've just upgraded an installation of Gemini from 3.5.2 to 4.2.1. Whilst doing the upgrade I noticed that the database has lots of tables that I've been told are from a previous version of Gemini.

From looking at the upgrade scripts it appears that all the tables and views required by Gemini are prefixed with "gemini_".

Can you confirm if this is the case, as I'd like to remove any tables/views that are not required?

Run the upgrade 3.0 step 3 script.
