Parent item in the Item List View

Can I add the parent item's - in the hiearchy - name and/or code to the Item List View? If yes, can I change this item inline?

Do you want to see the hierarchy in the list view? or add items to a parent?

The best way will be the same.

If the parent item name or code as a linked item appear in the list, it'll be good. It speeds up the navigation between the items because we used 3 hierarchy level in the item administration. Thinking further the child item field is will be good too.

If these fields work as a searchable list of the items (at first search an item and secondly add it as a parent or child), it'll be great.

ANSWER

This is planned for version 5 where you will be able to see all hierarchy under the parent in the grid (expand / collapse it etc...).
