How I setup the permissions (View Time Logs/Reports, Log Time and Manage Log Time) if I'd like to give a permission the users - who haven't project administrator permission - for deleting his/her time log item. If I give the Manage Log Time permission, the user can delete every users time log item on the Time tab.
