Install the outlook add-on: http://www.geminiplatform.com/downloads/v42/CounterSoftGeminiOutlookv42_1.exe

Once installed, click on the Calendar tab and select the Gemini Issues calendar, you should see a Gemini toolbar, click synchronize.
