Moving between projects
Hello
I have a question regarding mail alerts. I have two projects and recieve an email when a case is created in project one (my mail alerts is set to "Receive email when any case is created). I now want to move the task to project number two. I have the same alert settings on this project, but unfortunately I do not receive an email when the task is moved to project 2. I have tried to reset the history, but it doesn't help. How do I fix this?
