History shows user dbo when using windows authentication
I have two Gemini sites (same server, same IIS site, different applications, different databases). Both use Windows authentication and the same web.config contents (except for the DB connection string).
One of the instances (Test) records the user in History correctly. That is, the logged in user. The other (Production) always shows dbo as the user, even though dbo is not a Gemini user. All other parts of Gemini capture the correct user (Reported by, comments, etc.).
The only differences are:
- The Test instance uses the free three user license, while the Production uses a 100 user license and has 86 users.
- The Test instance does not use Active Directory groups, while the Production does.
What could cause this difference?
Thanks.
