"User Picker" Custom field

Hello

I have created a custom field, that allows me to choose between different users. I am how ever forced to pick a user. I do not have the option I have as a standard in ex. "Assigned Resource"

What am I overlooking?

Did you tick the required field option in the custom field setup?

Initially no, But I have tcket it of now. No change:(
