embedded image in comment

Hi We create most of our tickets via the gemini API from Emails. It works great, however I don't know how to handle "embedded" images in the email. At the moment I just add them as comment attachements, losing the connection between text and image. I would like to see the gemini comment just as the email with the images. Should I create an own "image library" directory or do you have an other solution at hand.

How are you converting emails to tickets? Converse should work for you as it will keep the link in the comment.

we've made our own outlook addin for about a year ago. The outlook addin takes the email and converts it to a ticket via the gemini api. We will have a look at converse. However, our outlook addin is really specialized at our needs and also has a direct link to our CRM. That's an customized solution that converse cannot replace.

ANSWER

I see, all you have to do is replace the link to the embedded image to with a link to the attachment in Gemini. So you will have to update the comment after creating it and the attachment
