Where does the welcome message appear?

Since installing all I see is the "This is Gemini - it's our platform for projects..." , message. I don't require this text, but would like to see my Welcome message. I don't see the Welcome message anywhere, but you still have a setting for it.

Yes. It appears in the ./admin/Licensing.aspx page.
