Some times is it not clear on who a status should be used for.

In the admin area, we can create status (logger, closed...) to then add then to workflows. When you create a status you can set a comment. It would be nice for users (none admin) to have tooltips on status (in all screens, lists...); the tooltip text would be the comment of the status your mouse is on.
