HelpDesk response time
Hi,
Is there any possibility to configure on certain task types automatic due-dates based on the posting date/time and the estimated effort?
What i am interested is in emulating a certain SLA behaviour, one in which some type of items are responded within a certain time frame and then get resolution in a certain time frame as well..
