data migration utility

I see on another thread the source for the migration utility is/was available. is this still the case. i do not see it in the download.

we are using bt.net 3.4.1 and the import is not working. we have several months of data we really need persisted into gemini. can the source be made available so we can update the import to the version of bt.net we are using?
