From gemini/admin/SMTP.aspx, I click the Test button and get the following error at the bottom of the page:

SocketException occurred. InnerException message follows: The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found

This seems like a communcation issue with the SMTP server, it can be caused by firewall. Can you please double check the server and port and make sure firewall is not blocking it?

Checking the firewall settings.

I just tried, using the IP address in Gemini and got this error:

Socket connection has been refused by remote host. InnerException message follows: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:25

That is a firewall issue for sure.
