Help Desk user not seeing own items
When a help desk user logs in to create a ticket, they can create a ticket and upon saveing the ticket are returned to the created ticket. They cannot see the ticket when viewing the item list. No matter whast is selected in the filter, no items are displayed. Attached are the permissions assigned to the External Users group. What am I missing.
