item with subtask in deleted project still indicates a subtask

i have a task with a subtask assigned to another project. i deleted the project however the parent task still indicates that it has a subtask (the icon). clicking on the icon shows an empty modal popup.

Note that this has not been released yet (4.1.1). It should be out by the end of the month.
