Control over priority and status?
In our existing project management, we use 5 levels of priority (which also serve as severity levels). It seems I can change the names of the existing priority levels, but how can I add new ones and ensure that I can sort items by these levels 1-5? Similarly, how can I add new severity levels and specify the relative importance of all the severities?
