Control over priority and status?


In our existing project management, we use 5 levels of priority (which also serve as severity levels). It seems I can change the names of the existing priority levels, but how can I add new ones and ensure that I can sort items by these levels 1-5? Similarly, how can I add new severity levels and specify the relative importance of all the severities?

Yes, you can add / remove / rename anything in Gemini. Simply go to the Administration -> Priority page and add your new priority. Once you have done that go to the Priority Groups page and add your new priority to the relevant group. You can drag and drop to re-order.
