Project Description Visibility

When adding a project, it is possible to include a project description. How do I make this initial description visible for the Item Workers?

From what I can tell, the Description visible in the Item Report view is the description on the Item & not the description on the initial project setup.

The project description is visible in the project summary page and the Gemini home page.
