I need that when a developer changes the status to "Done" the item is automatically assigned to a team member "Tester", I can do that?

You can do that by writing a Gemini plugin that will listen to the Gemini status change event. For example see our twitter plugin: http://www.geminiplatform.com/downloads/v40/CounterSoftGeminiPlugins.zip
