Not sure how to link items to test cases

usage

I'm evaluating right now. Have the 3 user version. Created a project and have a number of items.
Also created some test plans, cases, and did some runs. Now I want to link test cases to items using the traceability.
When I click on traceability and select items, no items appear. Why not?

ANSWER

You associate items to test cases. Go to your test case and click on the items tab and search for the items to add. Traceability is the report that shows whatg has been tested etc...
