Which version of Gemini and editor are you using? If you need the same template for all then set the default description.

Hi I am using v3.7.1 Build 2732 but not sure how I tell which editor I am using. If you mean what I normally use for creating templates I use Adobe Acrobat or Word.

Use the template manager icon of the editor (in Gemini) to add your template. All templates are stored under the Controls\RAD\UserTemplates directory.

I can see when you use the template manager that you can open upload other .html & .htm files but cannot see how you create these in the 1st place via Gemini. Can you do this and do you have any sample call logging templates?

You have to put the html file in the Controls\RAD\UsetTemplates yourself.
