Which version of Gemini and editor are you using? If you need the same template for all then set the default description. |

Hi I am using v3.7.1 Build 2732 but not sure how I tell which editor I am using. If you mean what I normally use for creating templates I use Adobe Acrobat or Word. |

Use the template manager icon of the editor (in Gemini) to add your template. All templates are stored under the Controls\RAD\UserTemplates directory. |

I can see when you use the template manager that you can open upload other .html & .htm files but cannot see how you create these in the 1st place via Gemini. Can you do this and do you have any sample call logging templates? |

You have to put the html file in the Controls\RAD\UsetTemplates yourself. |
