Intermittent error when trying to log time
My team is having an intermittent (though frequent) issue where they receive the following error when attempting to log time:
"Project Id does not match saved data Id value: X"
If they try a few times, it will eventually go through.
We are on Gemini 4.0.
Ideas?

What is your application pool settings? It seems like it recycles to often. |

Worker processes recycle daily at 6am Process shutdown after being idle for 20min Kernel request queue limited to 1000 requests 2 maximum worker processes Pinging enabled for every 30 seconds |

You have set it to 2 worker processes in which case you have to use state server in order to run Gemini. Did you do that? Otherwise set it to 1 worker. |

We are not using the state server. I made that change and will monitor through the rest of the day. Hope this helps! Thanks. |

Looks like we're still dealing with the issue. A bit more info: afte ri made the change to the number of worker processes, i restarted IIS to make sure it took effect. Also, when I was able to reproduce the issue, i came into an issue and repeatedly tried to add time, only to be faced with that error. I refreshed the page and tried again, and then it succeeded. Not sure that I can say definitively that this is the case each time or not. |
