TimeTracker Addon Issues

1. When I am logging time against an issue (correctly selected in the Project and Issue boxes) and click the stop button to submit, the issue in the popup dialog box is not the selected issue and the fields are grayed out so I can't correct it.

2. If I then press cancel, I lose the minutes I had clocked up and have to remember how many minutes I'd clocked up and log them manually.

3. And then the selected issue in the manual time log popup is still the wrong one!

4. When I log in, there is no option to auto-login or "remember my password." Not a major, however I am proposing all our staff use this tool to make time logging easier and many will complain if they have to login manually everytime.

5. Closed issues appear in the issues list. Would be useful to have an option to display only open issues.

A couple other thoughts:

It would also be handy to have options for it to load on Windows start up.
It would be nice if it remembered its screen position from the last time you loaded it and also if it remembered the project and issue you last had selected.

Items 1 thru 4 will be addressed in 3.1 release scheduled for November 08. We were unable to re-create item 5 above.

Following two features will also be available in 3.1-

Launch TimeTracker upon startup (options to select during the installation process).
Select last issue from previous session.

In the mean time, in case you want TimeTracker to launch at startup, you can navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\CounterSoft\CounterSoft Gemini TimeTracker, right click to copy 'Gemini TimeTracker, then navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and paste 'Gemini TimeTracker.

Yes, item 5 was due to a setup issue on our end which is now resolved.
