Outlook Add-on Issues

beta

Hi, I've just installed the Outlook addon, we are running Gemini 3.0.4 and I have a few grumbles. I'm testing this before we ask all staff to use the addons so if anyone can help me clear these up it will be much appreciated!

Sorry if any of them has already been posted, I did search but couldn't find anything similar.

1. All closed issues which show up under "My Work" list as tasks due today on my Calendar view. I realise this is because of the way Outlook handles overdue tasks however because of the following issue it becomes really annoying.

2. If I tick these tasks as complete in Outlook, next time it syncs with Gemini again they all come back as Not Started. So basically, they will never go away!

3. When a sync happens, the Reminder alert pops up to alert me to a task whose Start date is today, as well as tasks whose End date is today. I would like the option to change whether it reminds on Start or End date, both or in fact whether it reminds me at all!

4. Some issues are giving an error message about Start and End dates being before or after each other. Most of the issues which are giving this error message will not allow me to edit their start and end dates. When I edit them, it doesn't update. The only one I can edit is a test issue I logged with today as its start or end date (which should be allowable as an issue can take less than a day!) on purpose.

5. It would be nice to be able to configure it a little bit, i.e. how often to sync, whether to sync as Tasks or Appointments or both etc. Or am I missing some magic settings button somewhere?

6. I don't see any of the issues as appointments, however one is clearly there as it keeps alerting me that it is overdue (even though I am working on it) but it doesn't display on my calendar. How can I see it and am I able to set it to not Alert me on issues that I am logging time against in the TimeTracker addon?

7. Unlike the TimeTracker language options which gives me a range of languages to chose from, the Outlook addon only offers US English. Is this intended?

8. The reminder alerts are popping up 10 times in a row about the same issue everytime Outlook syncs. It's starting to drive me nuts! Clearly this isn't intended, can anyone help, sounds like I don't have it set up properly somehow.

9. Is it possible to stop the Outlook addon from running without having to uninstall? If so, how?

Cheers

(I've had to uninstall it because I could find no other way to stop the program running!)

Ignore this one as I found the Gemini Issues calendar in Outlook! Whoops!
However all the issues are set to not send reminders when they clearly where sending reminders last week ad nauseam.
