E-Mail Notification Not Working

I just upgraded Gemini from version 3.7 to 4.0 yesterday (4/6/2011). Today I noticed that I had not recieved ANY E-Mail notifications after I updated a ticket. I went to the "Administration > Global > SMTP" page and clicked the "Test" button, all all checked out fine. I checked the server's "Services" and made sure that the CounterSoft Scheduler was "Started" which it is. I also checked the Event Manager and I can see that the Scheduler kicks off every 5 minutes, but none of the entries are errors. Everything looks like it's working, however...no E-Mails are being sent/recieved.

Did you upgrade the scheduler service to 4.0? If you did then please stop the service, update an item (issue) and check that you have an entry in the gemini_issuealerts table. If you do have an entry start the scheduler service and check event viewer for errors.

Yes, I upgraded the Scheduler to 4.0 when I upgraded the WebSite. I already check the Gemini_IssueAlerts table, which did have entries in them waiting.

You were right though. I stopped the service and restarted it, and then it sent the E-Mails that were waiting in queue...strange. Never had a single error pop up in the Event Viewer though.
