E-Mail Notification Not Working
I just upgraded Gemini from version 3.7 to 4.0 yesterday (4/6/2011). Today I noticed that I had not recieved ANY E-Mail notifications after I updated a ticket. I went to the "Administration > Global > SMTP" page and clicked the "Test" button, all all checked out fine. I checked the server's "Services" and made sure that the CounterSoft Scheduler was "Started" which it is. I also checked the Event Manager and I can see that the Scheduler kicks off every 5 minutes, but none of the entries are errors. Everything looks like it's working, however...no E-Mails are being sent/recieved.
