Customise items list doesn't show due date and start date

items

I added the properties "start date" and "due date" to the list of properties with the "customise popup" for items, but the are not showing. Other date property like created is showing.

It could down to your field visibility/screen setup whereby you have ticked to show these fields? Check which field visibility/screen setup you are using via Administration -> Projects.

That fixed it. Thanks. I think it's not user friendly. It's better that the customise popup only shows the properties, which can be shown.
