Web service and email alerts

I received email alerts only when issue comments entered manually via web form.

Is there any possibility to send email alert when an issue comment added by web service ?

You should receive an alert regardless of the input method (api or web form).
Can you test by adding a comment to an issue, receive an alert and add another comment to the same issue via a web service?

My apologies, I was not using the latest version. With 3.6.3 received alert as you mentioned regardless of the input method.
