Json references in CounterSoft_Gemini_API_Samples_v3_5_3 sample download

While reviewing the web services offered by Gemini using the sample download as a base, I notice that there is a reference to newtonsoft.json, a support DLL was created for open source by Jason Newton-King.

 

It does not seem to be used in any of the sample code, but when removed it is obvious it is part of the support libraries for your SDK.

 

My question:  Are there any licensing issues with respect to deployment and use of your SDK and Jason’s product?

No there are no licensing issues as long as you include this: http://json.codeplex.com/license
