3.5 Webservice Error

Hello,
we updated Gemini 3.0 to 3.5.2.
When i try to open the gemini.asmx there comes this error message in the system log:
We have install the Framwork 3.5.

Could not create type 'Gemini.GeminiWS'

This is a legacy web service that has been removed from 3.5.
