v3.7.0 upgrade

I Just  finished the upgrade from v3.5.4 to 3.7.0 and I've noticed that the "webservices" folder is gone.  Do I need to download it from somewhere else? Is it no longer needed?

No longer needed.

Since 3.6 we have moved to RESTful web services (api folder).
