How to get IssueStatusEN, IssuePriorityEN via .net API

Hi All,
    I used Gemini API, And I need to call IssueStatusEN, IssuePriorityEN (show those data in dropdownlist). But I can't see those services. What should I do.

You can get these using the Admin Service (GetIssueStatus) or Project Service (GetWorkflow)
