Log Files not being populated

In the past the log files in the root drive of our server have been populated with POP3 and SMTP information as we have debug switched on. This is no longer happening?

I am using v3.7.1 Build 2732 of Gemini.

In 3.7 this does not happen anymore. It will always log to the event log.
Do you have any issues?
