Mailbox processor - Using sender as reporter

Hi, In the pop mailbox settings of the mailbox processor I'm using the option . In the issue settings tab I try to clear the field, but when I save and reopen the mailbox processor, the field is filled again with my name again. How can i keep it clear?

I've imported all our 529 Users in the system.

You can't as this will be the value for the reporter if the user is not in Gemini.
