Descriptions not being filled in when emails are created as issues.
Our scheduler (version 3.6) is properly creating tickets from emails, except the description is NOT being filled in.
We just performed the upgrade yesterday, and since then, none of the tickets created by the scheduler have descriptions, even if the body of the email has data in it.
Anyone have any ideas if there is a setting we missed or something?
