Unwanted Emails

Everytime an issue is created everyone gets an email that is in the project. How can I make it so that only the person assigned to the project gets an email?

You need to set your email preferences for the projects (Email alers link) to not receive any alert.
In the Administration -> Notifications page set "Email issue resource" to "Yes", that should do the trick.

I want the emails though that are directed toward me. I just don't want the emails when someone else if assigned to an issue.
