issue with "from" email address - gemini is using Gemini@mycompany.com

we just upgraded from gemini  2.6 to 3.7. we have the smtp settings configured correctly and we have use a "from" email name and email address that is the same as what we had setup in our previous versions of gemini. And we are using the email plug-in. When we run the smtp test email Gemini generates the test email correctly and it comes from the correct name ane email address, however the real email notifications when new issues are created or updated come from "Gemini Issue Tracker" with an email address of Gemini@mycompany.com".

Any idea what is causing this? I looked everywhere for another configuaration option or in the web.config file - couldn't find any other place this needs to b ecahnged.

You just need to restart the web app for the change to take affect (save the web.config file).
