Mailbox Processor not deleting email after popping them
The mailbox processor is set to "YES" for delete message. When I click on the "test" icon next to my processor, it works as expected. Deletes the message and creates issues
However, letting the scheduler service work, it pops and creates issue fine but it is not deleting them, causing multiple (many many) issues being created for the same email.
My settings:
Using Scheduler and Website v3.7.0 Using Windows Authentication for both. Enable anonymous access is disabled Scheduler config file's password is blank Scheduler windows service is using a specific "log on" account Recently set the MailBox Debug mode to YES Recently set the SMTP configuration debug mode to YES
Looking at the event viewer, there is a lot more logging, however no errors. I've restarted the service after each change, but no luck. Also, I cannot find the debug file at the root of the C dirve on the machine runnning the scheduler.
Any ideas?
