Mail Processor trouble with Exchange
Trying to work on getting setup the creation of tickets by email. When I test the processor I get the following error:

connection has timed out. InnerException message follows: A connection
attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond
after a period of time, or established connection failed because
connected host has failed to respond [server ip removed]:995
We're running 3.6.5. According to our network admin the settings I have entered in is correct, but I'm not sure.
I can get the Mailbox Processor to work with a Gmail account, but not through accessing our internal exchange server.
I also tried adding a second Mailbox Processor, and the option to 'test' the connection doesn't seem to work when trying the second processor. Only the first processor listed acts like it's trying to test the connection.
I can push for a 3.7 upgrade if that might help resolve the issue.
