In TimeTracker and Desktop I got the same error / exception saying it could not open the file

"blablabla\Language\nl-BE\Resource.xml"

(blablabla = installation folder of timetracker or desktop)

This is correct, since this folder does not exist !

I simply copied the folder nl-NL to nl-BE and this seems to fix the problem. I suppose the nl-BE is determined based on the locale settings of the user.

Please include a separate folder for nl-BE in future releases.
