I'm getting the above error on the system log. What really gets me is that the email alert to my IT team suddenly stop working and only two admins are able to receive the alerts of all the issues and is very bugging not receive the request issues from our internal users.

Also i'm getting the following message.

Which i don't know exactly what this message is. If someone could assist me i really appreciated

Are the users that do not get the email have email addresses outside your domain?
Did anything change in your SMTP server?

The funny thing is that only two admins are able to receive the emails when the issue is created or updated and the requester of the issue is able to receive the email I already check my profile settings and i have set to alert me when an issues is created and updated and also i have restarted the server. Nothing has change on the smtp because like i stated two admins and end users are able to receive emails just fine.

I look around and i can see to find a resolution to this matter. it is very irritating not able to receive emails alerts.
This issue started about almost a month now.

Hope someone can support me on this issue.

Are you all using the same email domain (@mycomp.com)?
