Duplicate Issues Created By Scheduler Service

Experienced members,

I am a returning user to Gemini and trying to get the scheduler service to work as expected. I have the scheduler service installed, configured and pulling messages from a ms exchange pop interface. All is working except that every 5 mins when the schedule checks the email and finds messages, it will create issues from them over and over.

I have tried to set the delete flag in the config file to remove them, but this is not working. I have also set debug=true and see no errors in the log.

Can anyone point me in the right direction with this issue?

This is usually happens because the component id is not valid.

Did you check the Gemini error log?

Also, please check windows application event viewer on the machine that the scheduler is installed.
