Duplicate Issues Created By Scheduler Service
Experienced members,
I am a returning user to Gemini and trying to get the scheduler service to work as expected. I have the scheduler service installed, configured and pulling messages from a ms exchange pop interface. All is working except that every 5 mins when the schedule checks the email and finds messages, it will create issues from them over and over.
I have tried to set the delete flag in the config file to remove them, but this is not working. I have also set debug=true and see no errors in the log.
Can anyone point me in the right direction with this issue?
