Duplicate Alerts after upgrade to 3.7

Saar....this is the same issue I appended in Gemini forum. The records are not removed from the gemini_issuealerts table after sending. I reviewed other posts about changing registry keys. There is no Countersoft hive in the location noted. I did change the user running the service to one with higher permission but have never had to do that in past. Even after that change and service restart it is still duplicating. Must be a SQL thing.

The registry issue is only for the mailbox processor.

Can you please check that you have enabled all verbs in IIS for the ASHX file handler (for the Gemini site)?

All Verbs were enabled on ASHX. Just restarted service after verifying the source for the web site. Waiting to see if they are still being sent out

Looks to me like things may have corrected. It occurred after verifying the URL that the scheduler was pointed to. Even up through 3.6.5 I think we must have been pointed at an older version of Gemini web files. Sometime in the last year Countersoft changed the path to the source files (as the default in the installer). Was looking at the old path.
