Enabling specific options in Gemini Desktop
I downloaded Gemini Desktop in hopes that it would be a little more clean and easy to use compared to the webapp, which it is.
However, there are some options that we use in my office that allow for better customer service.
For example, on the Webapp, we are able to change the "Reported By" field so that an email gets sent out to the person that reported the problem.
As well as we like to add Issue Watchers on our tickets from time to time. That is something I've been unable to find on the Desktop version.
Is there a way to enable these options?
