Splitting issues

Hoi,

Merging two issues into one could be achieved by linking them together.
But is there any suggested way to split an issue into two separate within the same project?

Working on one issue brings related problems that has been reported as comments to that first issue.
I would like to create another issue, move those comments (possibly with all its properties) there and link the second issue to the first.
So on the end instead of having 1 issue with many comments sometimes not related directly to the issue, I would have 1 main issue with its comments and 1 subissue with other comments.

You could use the "Copy" function for this. When viewing the issue, simply click on copy, that will create a new issue with all the comments etc... All you have to do is make it a sub issue.
