Installation complete - Login fails

I have completed the installation of the trial version of Gemini 3.7.2 on my webserver - Windows 2003.  DB is on separate server SQL 2005.

Installation completed ok, but had to use the separate installer to create test DB.

In the user Table, I see Manager, anon, Developer, Client.  But manager/manager or Manager/ Manager fail for log in.  Or at least I never see a screen change beyond the login and no projects page.  No admin options.

Suggestions anyone?

Do you get the message "Incorrect username and/or password"?
Is your database set to be case sensative?

If I use Manager/Manager - yes.  if I use Manager/manager - no.  Manager and no pass - yes. manager and no pass - yes.

Email isn't activated as you have to be logged in, so the reset password fails.

Any script suggestions on changing the password?

sorry, reread your post.

DB set to case sensitive.  I haven't encountered that one before so I'll to do some reading to figure out HOW to change that one.

showing CI in the Collation, so yes it would seem to be case sensitive.

CI means case insensative. If you login as manager / manager and don't get the login failed message then you should be logged in. Do you see the Log off link after that?
you should also see the administration link on the top left menu.

I see the same page all the time.  No administrator option or options menus.  No Log out ever.  Just the basic sign in 'log in' option menu and a listing telling me I have no projects.

Did you install the sample database (eg database installer) or ran the database SQL scripts?

I ran the SQL db installer exe and created a new db on my sql server. Nicely written, works great.
