Root level of Documents module

Hello,

I have problems with the root level of the Documents module. One created here a folder I can not delete it (when I click on it it just shows the content of the folder with the possibility to remove files but not the folder itself, even if the folder is empty also not possible). I can not rename it and I can not create the second folder on the same level - it always creates it as a subfolder of this non-changeable root folder.

What am I doing wrong? I have Gemini Admin rights and also in SS have permissions "Manage Documents".

When the release of 4.0 is actually planned? In Roadmap it is 31.08.2010, but I see many tasks which are still even unassigned. What is the new planned date?
