Hello!

Please allow users with this permission to edit not only the issues created by him, but also assigned to him. Similar to "View Own Issues" which also includes assignee, as to the documentation.

Purpose: if one user has assigned the issue to another user, then this user has to be able to change status etc of this issue. But he is not allowed to change it for the issues not created by him and not assigned to him.
