Different Timezones for the different users

Helllo!

Is it possible to add into Profile for the each user "Timezone" field and show all the time values considering this timezone? I have users in Ukraine (GMT+2) and in Germany (GMT+1). If the issue was created at 10:00 GMT, then I want Ukrainian users to see it as 12:00 and German as 11:00.
