Field Descriptions
It is possible to add editable by the administrator Field descriptions and to show them via small question-mark icon as hints or pop-ups on Create/Edit/View Issue pages? For the end-customers it is sometimes not clear what should they write in which field, so this would be very helpful. The same could be done also for issue statuses and resolutions.
