Problem with CSS after installation

Good afternoon!

I have just installed the v3.7.1 Build 2732 version on my Windows Vista via installer. IIS 7.0, MS SQL 2000 under the site "192.168.0.5".

I can access application and log in as "manager", but the pages are without design, images and colors. So it seems like it does not find CSS.

I looked in "C:\Program Files\CounterSoft\CounterSoft Gemini Issue Tracker\Gemini Web Application\App_Themes" - there are folders with css files. Also changing Default Theme from Global Settings > General menu did not help. How can I fix it? Thanks in advance. Anton

do you see any images on the site? It might be that you didn't enable "static content" in IIS.
